As I'll be staying at LAX Radisson for 1 night from Mar 14 till Mar 15. I would like to know which car rental can rent a stick shift instead of an automatic? Preferably list it from the cheapest all the way up.

SixAlpha Jan 11, 07, 6:42 am I'm not aware of any airport car rental companies that rent stick shifts. Automatic has been the standard for some time now. SQ Flyer Talker Jan 13, 07, 10:28 pm So if automatic is the only choice, which one do you still recommend as the cheapest rate? Tenerife Jan 14, 07, 10:11 am For cheap have a look at www.deluxerentacar.com Never used them but their prices look good. timrick Jan 14, 07, 11:44 pm If you are going to rent a car, why stay in Radisson LAX and get charged for parking? There are some nicer hotel smerely a few miles further away from LAX. Got there after waiting for ever for their shuttle to come only to get something that sort of resembled acar. It was far from new, dirty, any other place would have had the car as 2 cats below A Ford Escort was being sold as a Mid-size with a 4 door Escort being a Full size. Then if you didnt have your Ins policy with ya they Forced you to buy their policy or No car. I believe that its against CA law to do that any longer (keep in mind there are places that still do it in Florida) , so Im Positive they came up with a different SCAM to get ya on. I would go to Orbitz.co and see from there who has the cheapest rate for the day if you must have a car and then see if you can find a code on FT to lower a bit. Keep in mind that week days are alot more then weekends |
