ive seen this thing somewhere in europe, but as the nice tsa are stressing pax so much these days so i paid no attention whatsoever to the ads :p

Actually, I've already seen them in the bins in T7 @ LAX on Jan 4. They were also giving out the quart bags with the LAWA logo.
