Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Can I pre-pay for a lounge/shower pass at FRA

Hello,

My parents are visiting me to the US by LH, and they have a 6 hour layover at FRA. They are also accompanying a single mom with an infant. They are flying coach. They also don't intend to leave the secure/ transit area.

Is there anything worthwhile I can do to make their layover in FRA more comfy (like pre-purchase lounge passes/ shower passes etc. and send it to them etc.).

Any suggestions. Again, we are talking about older people and single mom w/infant. So no lounging in the bar for hours to pass time.

Lounge access obviously depends on the *A status of the pax or the availability of a Priority Pass or Diners Club card.

AFAIK, there are also public showers available at FRA.

Of course, for a very long layover, a day room in one of the airport hotels may be the best solution.

You should definitely request a bassinet seat for the infant and ask for special assistance for the elderly pax. LH offers this service in FRA and US customers can request it under:

There is not much you can do in the international transit area even if you want to pay. There used to be a pay as you use lounge in 1B level 3, but I can't find a link to it. There is one in T2 opposite E8 but that is too far. The complet list of lounges is here:

You could buy a day pass for the UA RCC, but that place is not so great...
