Mileage Run Deals - pls help find route rules

I book my travel in bunches, so haven't done it in a few months. I now see that Expedia doesn't show fare rules any longer. Through my searching on this subject I've seen people suggest Priceline and Marriott, but neither site is showing the rules.

I know there's a lot of discussion about ITA. Is that what I'm left with?

Thanks a lot. I was a little surprised people weren't sounding more bothered by the lack of rules on Expedia. Maybe I use routing rules more than others?
