To receive your Chick-fil-A plush cow (“Plush Cow”), eligible participants should visit www.getacow.com and register as directed between 12:01 AM CST on December 29, 2006 and 11:59 PM CST on December 31, 2006 (“Registration Period”). The first one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) eligible participants who submit a timely and valid registration will receive via mail one (1) Plush Cow, ARV $1.07, subject to these terms and conditions.
Sponsors will use information provided by participants solely for the purpose of delivering Plush Cows to eligible participants. Participants may elect to receive information, offers, and similar correspondence from Sponsors by so indicating during the registration process; however, participants will not receive any information, offers, and similar correspondence from Sponsors unless expressly electing to receive such material.

The offer to receive a Plush Cow is valid during the Registration Period or until 150,000 eligible participants have registered, whichever occurs first. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of Plush Cow. Eligible registrations must be received by 11:59 PM CST on December 31, 2006. All registrations received thereafter shall be deemed void and ineligible to receive Plush Cow. No letters, correspondence, or contact other than the form of registration listed above shall be accepted or considered. All registrations submitted become the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Proof of registration shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsors. Void where prohibited.
Offer available only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 or older as of December 31, 2006. Limit one (1) Plush Cow per person, per e-mail address, per mailing address.
Verification: In the event of a dispute, each e-mail entry shall be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which the e-mail entry was sent. For these purposes, an e-mail account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. Registration void if defective, non-conforming, altered, forged, or obtained outside authorized channels. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or similar application methods will void registrations made by such methods.
General Rules: By submitting a registration and/or accepting the Plush Cow (or substitute item, if any), you agree (for yourself and your heirs, administrators and assigns) that Sponsors, Administrator, and their affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, owners, shareholders, directors, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) will be released from and shall have no liability, and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or to person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Plush Cow or registration for or participation in this promotion, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Sponsors. Sponsors and their affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors, and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted (whether or not caused by participant) or any tampering with or manipulation of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the offer. Sponsors and their affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors, and agents assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, satellite malfunction, technical error, theft, destruction, processing error, or unauthorized access.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the registration process or the operation of the offer, or to be acting in an inappropriate or disruptive manner.
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel offer or substitute Plush Cow with item or items of equal or greater value should the Plush Cow item become unavailable for whatever reason or for any other reason in Sponsors’ sole discretion.
