Hertz - How to access hertz.com US site from abroad

Hi. I'm kind of embarrassed to ask this as I thought I was good with computers, but I can't figure it out!
I am in Austria right now, trying to price out a rental for when I get back home (the US). Every time I go to hertz.com, I am redirected to hertz.at - and I can't get around it! I don't read German, either.
I tried googling "hertz global" and "hertz world" with no luck. Does anyone know how I can access the hertz.com page I need? Thanks :)

Sounds like there's a local "cookie" on the PC. Try:

https://www.hertz.com/rentacar/emember/login/index.jsp?targetPage=loginView.jsp&method=switchProfile

That's what comes up when I choose "United States" as the country of residence.
