My wife got a Motorola HS500 for Christmas and it works well with her LG phone, but when she uses it people on the other end of the call have trouble hearing her. This is probably because she speaks softly. Anyone know how to increase the sensitivity of the microphone so it picks up her voice better? Thanks!
If you mean the Motorola H500, it's got volume buttons on the top and bottom.
Sometimes if it lies flush against your skin, it's hard for the other person to hear you speaking - try tilting it so it's a little bit away from the skin.
Unfortunately, CNET reviews mentioned poor sound quality fairly frequently: http://reviews.cnet.com/Motorola_H500/4852-12523_7-31533944.html?tag=uolst
