It comes with a great case that is used to store and charge it. Sound quality seems pretty good and it is small so I dont feel like I have a huge contraption on my head while using it. I have Bluetooth in my car and on my TomTom, but I use it a good bit with my computer and when I'm in the house. PLantronics 645 Is by far the best bluetooth earphone in the market. With all the features and accesories you can't ask for better.
