I wonder if there is a website / subscription / program that can monitor possible rewards
Here's my scenario, I have millions of Aeroplan miles and try to book the same M-F flight in business class from YVR to FRA a year from now (I always book reward trips 11 1/2 months in advance in order to get the flights/seats I want). Suddenly it's no longer possible to fly in business class from FRA back to YVR on Fridays. The seats are either no longer possible (perhaps) or someone is faster then I am.
They make the seats avalable at about 3pm PST ~345 days before departure for the particular LH492 flight that I book via Aeroplan online miles.
I feel like the guy who's getting his butt kicked on eBay via someone else using Auctionsniper. For those who are not familiar it's a pay per use type program where you tell it what you want (the auction) and it goes in 5 seconds before close and bids till you win, based on the parameters you give it.
I wonder if there is such a program for Reward miles? Ie, tell it you want a particular flight a year from now and the moment it becomes available it reserves the seats for you (somehow).
