If you only had 3 days to spend on each island respectivley (Moorea and Bora Bora), what would you not want to leave without doing? Water activities, restaurants, great spa treatments, hikes.... I'm up for anything.
I'll be there in March for 3 days on each island and would love any tips to make the most out of this lovely honeymoon!

You must go snorkeling.^
Congratulations on your engagement and a warm welcome to FlyerTalk.
Bora Bora... without a doubt, dinner at Villa Mahana. Reserve early, don't wait until you arrive...

Rent a car on Moorea so you can get around and see the island. Otherwise, you'll be very limited. Unfortunately that will set you back $75-$100/day.

On Moorea our best meal was at Te Honu Iti. Excellent food and about $120 for two without wine - very reasonable by local standards. Le Plantation on the other hand was awful.
Shark feeding is better done on Bora Bora, it is semi-banned on Moorea. Ray feeding is fun everywhere.
If you end up staying in OW Bungalow, order room service - wonderful view, private and interestingly often cheaper than eating at hotel restaurants.
Most restaurants and stores accept mastercard but not amex.

I had a splendid time visiting Bora Bora in late October. I know it cost a lot more, but got to go for those overwater bungalows. It is a must "DO" to really maximize the resort experience.

Snorkeling.
Scuba diving with the sharks and manta rays.
Rent a bike and ride from Vaitape.
And Rejuvenated is right: splurge on an overwater bungalow.
