One idea is to couple it with their IDINE Reward Network promo and get some restaurant gift cards.

best....sorry for the confusion....2 promos....1 spend 6k no renewal charge....2nd spend 4.5k and get 15k mi bonus....overlapping periods....

I see that the DL Amex (as least for the Gold) will now be offering a bonus if you spend 15K during the calendar year (Jan 1 to Dec 31) starting in 2007, and another bonus if you spend a total of 25K. The bonus amounts are 5K and 5K!:D

No special enrollment necessary!^
