Hi Folks,
I found a great rate for an upcoming trip with the 706900 CDP posted in one of the threads here. Where does this come from and what affiliation is required to use this? Is any kind of ID required. I would really appreciate a reply.
Cheers

Not to pull the "do a search" line - but this rate program has been discussed many times before. If you can't find anything with searching, then let us know.

I did a search of this site and also google and can't find any information on Travel Partners Club. Please help. I want to use the CDP but haven't a clue who these people are...

I've used it dozens of times with no issues or questions.
Well, once the agent did say "wow you got a great deal"

I've booked a car for next week using this CDP so will test it there. I also tried it for a rental in Europe next spring and it worked on that rental price. But I'm hesitant to rely on it for the Europe rental. It would be outrageously expensive to get a car at last minute if they denied the rental reservation because I couldn't cough up a card or something to prove the CDP. What would happen if I make two rentals in their system, one with this code and one with a different one that I can validate? Do I get in trouble for the second back-up rental, a charge or something? Has anyone used the Travel Partners ClubCDP internationally? And does anyone have any idea who Travel Partners Club is?? Google doesn't work.

hi guys this cdp number is used at hertz branches to enable airport workers and airline staff to get the best deals, however fear not you will not be asked for any card to prove that you can use this cdp number ...

For anyone looking to rent a car in Australia, 104000 is the local Travel Partners Club CDP. It's a standard 10% discount off any reservation here. While I am eligible to use it, I can't recall ever being asked to show any proof of eligibility (though being PC may make a location less likely to ask).
Could someone please help me spot how the first reservation is less expensive than the second reservation all things being equal except that for the first one I used CDP 104000 and the second one I used the AAA East CDP. Both of which are 10% off but come out to a different total even with the base price, tax, VRR and admin being the same?
