hi

i am (still) in the process of tranferring my points from NW to KLM. i faxed back the authorization letter, but the transfer has not yet happened. and when i tried to send a email from the website... wow... thew mail bounced as the email coded for helpdesk is incorrect - test@klm.com!!! (a big BUG in the website, me thinks!)

FD lurker, (or any other good soul) can u help ?

An answer for an email needs about 14 to 20 days in my experience. An answer for a fax seems to need the same time.

I also have always received only general answers with no direct connection to an issue I specifically told them about in the email.

If you need information fast I would strondly suggest to call them directly and if necessary, ask for a supervisor.
