Maybe someone from Hertz's customer service in OK listened to me??
I suggested a few times that the contract have your status printed so the people getting cars ready would know that 5*'s & Pres. circle customers would have the better cars & spots.
Many times I would be out in no-man's land when I am Pres. Circle. This is a HUGE benefit to me as I usually have sample cases that are a pain to drag through a parking lot.
Hopefully, this will improve these misses on benefits that make me pick Hertz over other rental car companies.
