Does anyone know what the "Gratitude Adjustment" is for? There weren't any problems with the flight...

Not sure...if you really want to know, "speak up" at jetblue.com. Either way, you got 6 extra points!

Pure speculation: Was it a special credit card offer, perhaps with the JetBlue Amex?
a gratitude adjustment is a manual giving of points because, for some reason, it didn't go through automatically. for example, when I wanted to earn bonus double miles for booking on-line, I was unable to because I had a voucher to redeem. So, the customer service agent gave me a gratitude adjustment to make up for the points I should have earned by booking on-line.

I always like to see gratitude adjustments on my statements...
