I keep looking at fares from Fort Myers to JFK for next week and coming back can find fares from $79-99. On the outbound it is around $50 higher. I am wondering if in the land of Jet Blue, do the listed prices go down after a certain time, or is the pricing based on so many seats at $79, so many at $99, so many at $129, ect.....?

Just wondering if it is wiser to just book it now or keep checking after midnight or so. The fares from carriers that I have FF accts with are much higher and I will not be using the 16 points, as I will not get to 100 in a year, as they do not fly to places I usually go?
Any thoughts??
Cheers!

If you get a fare of under 250 you should probably take it!!!!

I also say BOOK IT! and if fares do go down for the same flight(s) you can always request a credit of the difference to be used for a future flight (within a year)

Any wonder even JetBlue is loosing money? Peak season last minute under $300 RT and somone is hollding out for a cheaper fare?? Take it as fast as you can.

Hello everyone,

I'm very new to B6 and have a similar question. Three weeks ago, I found seats from Portland, ME to San Diego for my parents and aunt for $109 each way. They delayed booking and of course the price has increased, it's now closer to $200.

Their dates are fairly fixed at April 27 (day before a cruise) and May 12 (it returns early am). Delta is now the cheapest option at $287. So, my question is this: should we book the cheapest fare now? Or is their a reasonable possibilty cheaper fares on B6 out of PWM or BOS might reappear? Any suggestions are appreciated!

If fares go down, you can get a JetBlue credit returned to your TrueBlue account for future use.

You can get a cheaper fare by booking PWM-JFK and JFK-SAN separately, cost $49 + $129 = $178, compared to $254 for the same exact flights booked as PWM-SAN.

Can that be correct?
