Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - JFK airport mile

earned SEN for the first time after a nice EWR-SIN-EWR trip in SQ's comfortable exec Econ ... So, I qualified to post my first thread. Does someone know why I got award & status miles credited for JFK-MUC-JFK: "30/10/2006 J.F.K.AIRPORT NY 1.000 Meilen Corporate /AVI +500 / +500". thanks.

Anyway, AVI indicates the miles came from Avis. Did you rent a car? On the other hand Avis doesn't earn any status miles.

Either this is a complete mess up in posting or a new promo...

dito - thanks for the hint - indeed I was on the road with AVIS ... so, the status miles were just by mistake ... need some more of these mistakes to reach HON ...
