Has anyone else had a problem with Tiger Car Rental? I booked a car with them and paid for it, about 100 GBP. Then 2 weeks later I received a bill from Budget (Tiger's agent) for almost 200GBP. I have had no refund (it's been over 3 weeks now) and now they have stopped replying to my emails. I'm stuck with no option, I can't phone them because I am out of the country and it's too expensive to call. If anyone else has experienced this bad service please let me know how you got it resolved.
