Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - passport

am travelling uk to sydney january 5th returning 26th january.my passport expires june 7th,but still has a valid ETA till june.does anyone know if i will be ok to travel or will i need a new passport?

The ETA is valid until the expiration date of your passport (that was used to apply for the ETA). Presuming you have a UK passport, no problem. I guess you applied for the ETA in June 2006 as it is valid for 12 months; I think you must use the same passport for entry into Australia as was used to apply for the ETA (so if you renew your passport early, you would need to reapply for the ETA).
