I have a relative from India, presently in Canada, who came on a KLM ticket.
The Delhi KLM agent states that any questions regarding the ticket should be directed to the North American (Canadian?) office of KLM, while the agent at the North American toll-free number for NW/KLM international flights states that issues have to be brought up with the Indian KLM agent.
I would like to email both of them, and hopefully, I can get somewhere. I have the email address of the Delhi office of KLM. The problem is that what email address should I use for the local KLM office (perhaps in Toronto)? Of course, going to the KLM link for Canada gets me to the NW link (which of course is totally understandable) - with the NW email addresses. However, it seems to me when I talked to the NW agent on the NW/KLM toll-free number for international flights, she told me that if the Indian KLM agent could not handle it, I should deal with KLM directly, in Canada (ie not through NW). Therefore, the questions are: does KLM (in Canada or USA) have its own reservations email address, separate from the NW email address, and is there a special toll-free number that will get me to talk to a KLM, rather than a NW, agent?
Of course, the answers to the last questions may be no, as in North America - NW represents KLM in the latter's flights?
