Great report! Nice photos! You were very lucky to have a chance to actually fly in the E190! I really like the E170 already.

Now I'm dying to ask...and although I probably know the answer...did you get FF credit for this flight? :D

The Embraer E-190 rocks! 2+2 seating in economy class, IFE, a fuselage (and interior cabin) which look nothing like the typical horrid regional jet, full-size headroom. Did you check out the overhead lockers -- did they appear full-sized, or scaled down somewhat ?

Also, what would typical Economy class pitch be in a Virgin Blue mainline jet ?
