Just booked a couple of flights, and the confirmation emails once again have the option of changing your seats. It is Finally back!
Excellent!! I'm glad hear from Jetblue is came back for selection seat. Now you can choose your own seat before you purchase the ticket.

Actually...no.
What the original post's excitement about what that, for some reason the last several weeks, you were unable to change your seat selection after the initial choice you made during purchase. That seemed like a no-brainer feature to me, yet it was not operational, or removed. It is now back.
The same policy applies though that you must initially buy a ticket before you pick your seat.

Yes, I don't know why that feature went away but it's good that it is back.
And, people....please keep in mind that online seat map viewing before purchase WILL BE introduced soon (hopefully with in the coming months). I have confirmation of this from an extremely reliable source. IIRC, this feature will only be viewable by TrueBlue members...it is free to join, so anyone can view seats before purchase! The major change will occur once the new reservations platform is installed.
And, people....please keep in mind that online seat map viewing before purchase WILL BE introduced soon (hopefully with in the coming months). So can you see what seats are available prior to purchasing a seat? I am considering JetBlue but I want to see what current seating looks like before I purchase.

Also, keep in mind that you can call jetBlue and the agent will gladly check which seats are available for the flights you wish to book. I would expect online seatmap viewing before purchase to occur some time within the next six months...maybe sooner.
