Asia - What's new in Bali, ?

I haven't had a break since May :( , so I will air the shack in Ubud, and I will do 5 days of zilch, so if there are any locals on the board, I would love to know if there are any new restauants with good martinis, or new shops that I can steal ideas from opened ;) . I have it all planned, do absolutely nothing all day and somewhere different each night for dinner :p . Anyone been to the new resort yet, if so where for dins?.
