Hi Guys!

Any recommendations for a furnished clean budget short let accomodation (Studio apartments ) in Sydney for 2 months. Inner Sydney prefered.

Any recommendations appreciated.

All depends on what your budget is.

I have used this crowd in the past http://www.pacificinthotels.com

The location on Kent Street is very very central, our apartment even had a washer and dryer in it.

Try Hotel Stellar (http://www.hotelstellar.com/Sydney%20hotel%20rooms.htm) on Wentworth Street. This is at the CBD end of Oxford Street and very convenient.

Meriton won't do a two month rental though. Nor would I call them inexpensive in thier city locations.

Yes they do! They have very good rates in the services apartments. A friend of mine spent 3 months in a Meriton in the city! The meriton across from my office is where QF crew stay over night. The QF bus stops off 4 times a day!

Dont get your knickers in a knot

I was under the impression the OP was on a budget and not looking for a serviced apartment but a short let studio as per his OP. I thought you were refering to leasing an apartment off Meriton.

Having said that it would be good if the OP could provide a price guide as one persons budget is anothers luxury.

Not exactly inner Sydney (Cremorne area), but I've stayed here before and they weren't too bad:

Concierge Apartments, by the Oaks Group (http://www.theoaksgroup.com.au/Property.aspx?sid=12)

You might want to try TrendWest (formerly Southern Cross Suites)- they used to be pretty inexpensive before the change and would "deal" on long-term stays.

Leisure Inn Park Regis Sydney! Clean and centrally located. The rooms are newly renovated, modern and simple. They usually have a great deals of wotif.com.
