Asia - Arr:ICN 18:25,11/19 Dep 09:50,11/20 Worth going to town?

I'm on UA893 (SFO-ICN) which arrives at 6:25PM on Saturday night (11/19) and out on OZ363 (ICN-PVG) which leaves at 9:50AM on Sunday (11/20).

I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble to go into Seoul. It looks like the express bus is fairly quick but I'd probably just get there in time to check in to a hotel and go to sleep. Ditto in the AM, get up hop a bus and back to ICN. BTW how early need I arrive for a 9:50AM flight at ICN?

I'd love to take a look around, never been to Korea, but don't want to rushrush and come away with a bad impression. I'll probably go to the Korean DO next fall, so this is not my only Korea opportunity.

If I don't go into Seoul, any suggestions for somewhere near the airport, fairly cheap (not necessarily a chain) where there is some hope of catching a glimpse of Korea?

Well, you could always stick around on the airport's own island:

The hotels in "Airport Town Square" are cheap & decent, and the Haesoopia Spa is definitely worth a soak. It's a very far cry from the hustle and bustle of Seoul, but if you just want to relax and get a good night's sleep you could do much worse.

United found a non-stop for me that avoids the overnight in Incheon. Thanks for the suggestions though.
