I am trying to use a $100 off E-Cert on Continental but they don't seem to know what it is when I call in. The back of the cert says it is valid on NW/KLM/CO. Does anyone have any experience using this on CO?

Also, AFAIK, it's a pickle of a time trying to redeem these certs for a CO flight, so good luck. HeathrowGuy Nov 13, 06, 8:08 pm CO can take the cert as is, no codeshare required. Alternatively, NWA can issue the CO ticket, and it need not be a NW codeshared flight. I've called up CO a couple of times trying to use one of these NW certs on them, and never had any luck. Are you doing this over the phone or in person? Trust me, I'd much rather not go through NWA after the latest use of one of these. It can be redeemed on CO via ticket-by-mail - you mail the cert to an addresss provided by CO, and they in turn adjust the charge of the ticket by the cert amount. Okay, I'll try this the next time. However, if it doesn't work, I'll have to sue you, and write a letter to the BBB. :D aly Nov 14, 06, 12:58 am Okay, I'll try this the next time.
