Did anyone else receive the BofA Hawaiian Air Visa promo for Double miles on purchases back in December? It was on all purchases till March 31, 2004.

I was told 6-8 weeks after the promotion for the miles to post.

Patricia, did you speak to BofA? Because when I called them in regards to this promo they have NO knowledge of this promo. Is this promo flier from BofA or Hawaiian Airlines Miles themselves. From the look of the flier I got it sure looks like BofA.
