Hi,

Marco Polo members can use special code to book some hotels to have something like discounts, free room upgrade, early check in and late check out etc... But anyone actually sucessfully complete a booking with these partner hotels by quoting the special code from MPC???

So far, I have tried Marriot (code: MPOM) and Starwoods hotels (code: SET277144). BUT, they NEVER work. It is funny enough that when I gave the code to Marriot just now, they can't even know what "MPOM" is...

Can any expert advice???

Thanks

The code can be found here: http://downloads.cathaypacific.com/mpo/mpoguide_en.pdf

I've also raised this problem a couple of weeks ago. if you do a search, one of us managed to get the marriot person. but for the rest of the hotels, i dont have a clue. btw, I've contacted Westin TPW, but of course, it failed to work out. They simply said there isnt such offer. Maybe we should send CX an email.
