I'm based in UK. Can fly out of most airports although am between BHX and BRS. Happy to fly any airline in *A. As long as the miles are cheap I'm fine. That said, there's a W fare on UA LHR-HNL for about GBP550 all in - just a Satursday night stay so you can leave Saturday, come back Sunday?
