I know this has been discussed ad nauseum, but I can't seem to find an updated thread... and I can't figure out the answer on the KAL website.

How can you tell if a flight has updated seats and avod? My wife and I are planning a trip in the next few months and might be willing to try Korean (instead of DL through NRT) if we can be sure what we're getting.

Specifically we'd be travelling any flight that has a Delta connection to Orlando... like JFK, ATL, LAX, SFO.

ORD has the new product.

In addition to ORD, LAX has 2 flights a day with the upgraded interior, SEA has it and there are flights from JFK with the upgrade. Why not call KE when you book your flight and ask the CSR??

I heard reports of some LAX flights not having the new product (have CBB, but no AVOD, etc).

The JFK daytime departure has it daily, but I don't know about SEA. I'm fairly certain that ORD is daily.
