Has it ever worked for anyone to threaten an airline (because they were mistreated and ignored, of course) by saying their were going to trash them on FT?

...frustrated travellers who resort to complaining on-line have usually given up hope of compensation. They only want revenge.I don't think that's true at all. Sure, some want revenge, but many of the complaints posted here are asking about the particular situation -- what should have been done, and who should complaints be directed to? I thought the article was generally quite good.
