Air New Zealand Air Points - 777 Lax to LHR: What to expect?

I'm flying back home towards the end of November and I understand that this will be on a 777 rather than the 747. What can I expect? Is it just the same product on a smaller a/c (especially wrt legroom and entertainment)?

IFE is identical on 777 and 747. Seats are the same, albeit different numbers and layout; except that in economy pitch is 1" less. Layout differs which has pluses and minuses depending on cabin and ability to get a good seat.

Thanks for confirming that. The extra inch will be missed.
