A rude joke amongst Qantas cabin crew led to airline management intimidating flight attendants and interrogating them four days after the joke was made, a union says.
A Flight Attendants' Association of Australia memo says a group of Qantas cabin crew managers met an inbound flight from Honolulu on Friday, October 27 - four days after the joke had been made by a flight attendant during a staff briefing.

No mention on what the "joke" was...

Such a melodramatic position by the union:
“…as we helped wheelchair passengers.”
“…our customer service manager was taken away…”
"All of the crew involved I saw when we were released were shocked, dismayed and disorientated."
“…this type of behaviour is more suited to Stalinist regimes and not modern workplaces”

There would have been even more flack if the airline did not take it seriously and at that point it has already leaked out. I can see the point that union employees have a right to representation before they are intregated by an employer, if they so choose so, but the union’s report is a little over the top.

Sounds like a bunch of Union B***S*** swallowed hook, line and sinker by the press.

:td: :td: to the union.
