American Express Membership Rewards - Platinum card lounge access

Flying CY out of Heathrow. My Priority Pass hasn't yet been delivered, so I was wondering if I'd be able to use the bmi lounge in Terminal 1 at LHR by showing my Platinum card. Reason I ask is because bmi do the baggage handling and check-in for CY flights out of LHR.

Has anyone done this before? What are your thoughts on this?

No, you can't. Only valid if flying on BMI that day.

I see. So I'll just have to wait for my priority pass to arrive in time!! I sent it a good week ago now.
