Came across this in my My Way Hilton HHonors News:
"Hilton HHonors® and RewardPlanner to Discontinue Partnership
Hilton HHonors will not offer RewardPlanner Travel Services as a reward or earning option after December 31, 2006."
And on the Reward Planner info page:
"Starting December 31, 2006 RewardPlanner will no longer be an Earning or Redemption Partner of the Hilton HHonors program. All activity must be completed on or before this date."
I've heard both good and bad reviews of this service, but I suspect overall good. Current price is 50,000 HHonors points or $95. If purchasing in cash, you can earn 3,000 HHonors points -- but only until the end of the year.

As far as I can tell, the program will continue without the option to pay for the program with HHonors points or the ability to earn 3K points for signing up.
