American Express Membership Rewards - Additional AMEX plat cards

I am thinking of getting an AMEX plat card.. am I correct in reading that it is $395 for the first card and $175 for the next three additional cards?

does that mean I can get a card and get three more cards for another 175 for my family members (and will they get lunge access with them?)

The $175 additional card fee is per additional card, up to three additional cards. So:
Your Plat Amex: $395
Additional card 1: $175
Additional card 2: $175
Additional card 3: $175

Total fee: $920

I think you can get more then three additional cards, but I'm not sure.

Yes, each additional card holder gets lounge access. There are a couple of Amex benefits that they don't get, but they do get lounge access.

Some of the benefits that additional cardholders don't get:
Can't purchase the mylifemycard promos, the recent travel auction promo, or the mywishlist promos.

Additional cards #1,2 and 3: $175

the current pricing is 3 cards for $175, then $175 for each additional above 3

the old pricing was $175 per additional, and for business platinum, it has been and remains $150 per additional
