I called up Garuda to make a reservation, but their credit card system was down. (Sigh, Indonesia...)

Is there a local ticket office around SFO, or some way I can buy the ticket locally? I have a reservation ID #..

Here's the site for more locations worldwide (but knowing Garuda), it's probably outdated and it is very "dial-up" slow: http://www.garuda-indonesia.com/offices/index.php?p_page=1

I tried booking some Garuda tickets for interasia travel this year, and didn't have any luck on their website.

Garuda doesn't do online booking. I think Air Asia Indonesia and, to a very limited extent, Adam Air are still the only Indo airlines that do.

Yeah you pretty much have to call in to book a GA tix.

Be prepared to pay 3% fee if using a credit card

Don't they charge about $40 for paper tix? Plus with the experience people are having with the YVR-OTP deal purchased on Zuji, I'd stay away from them.
