Are there regularly scheduled bus/van
service bewteen Jetblue at LGB and LAX?

How long does it take to get off the Jetblue plane, collect luggage, and then walk to wherever the bus/vas pick-up is located? (minimum/maximum time)

Do a lot of Jetblue passenger end up connecting to other
airlines' flight at LAX?

Thanks! :)

When I researched this option, I didn't find any particular regularly scheduled service. SuperShuttle however will pick you up from the LAX airport or any LAX area hotel to get you to LGB. Its in the neighborhood of $35 bucks for the 1st passenger. Plus 9 for each additional in your party.

The nice thing is that even though you are traveling from an airport, since you are also traveling TO an airport, you can schedule Supershuttle and know in which 15 minute block of time they will show up (assuming of course your LAX flight lands on time :).

I found SuperShuttle at LAX to be timely and efficient. (I know some SuperShuttle cities are better than others.....but I have had a good experience when I went from an LAX hotel to LGB).

well... this could technically be "scheduled" bus service... more like bus/rail service....
Take Long Beach Transit Bus Route 111 from Long Beach Airport to Downtown Long Beach.

Transfer to Metro Blue Line when you get downtown.

Take the Metro Blue Line to Imperial/Wilmington Station

Transfer to Metro Green Line when you get to Imperial/Wilmington

Take the Metro Green line to Aviation/LAX

Transfer to the LAX Shuttle (Free, but require Metro Ticket as proof you came off the Metro)

Take the Metro Shuttle from Aviation/LAX Station to your Terminal at LAX

Total Trip Cost:
Alot less than a cab or airport shuttle

Total Trip Time: 1,561,448,512,515,635,145,635,643,645,415,243,582, 445,689 hours and 59 minutes. :D

Trip Advice:
Look out for crazy people that may put some form of explosive device under the bus which will explode after reaching a certain speed limit... i saw it happened once! (in a movie)
