How long did it take for your first purchase bonus to post to your true blue account?
How about your regular purchase points?
It seems to range from anywhere from 3 business days to almost a month after your billing cycle ends.

My bonus points posted to my account on the same day as my first billing cycle. Was about 6 weeks after initial use of card.
My wife's points post around the 7th of each month, mine on or about the 20th. This is simply tied to when your account posts. Usually this runs about 4-5 days after the monthly close.

Have your point expiration dates been extended by a year assuming you've put on a point with the card?

Did anyone get that mailer promising 10 bonus points on their anniversary for being one of the first JetBlue AMEX card holders? I did, and I"ve been having a heck of a time getting them to give me these points, which is crazy, because they're the ones who offered the points up in the first place.

I didn't get anything like that but I signed up for the card the day it was announced. What did it look like; was it in the mail or email??

I received the postcard with the offer back in August and was waiting for the points to be applied. The 2000 Bonus Award Dollars appeared in my AMEX account last month and were converted to 10 TrueBlue points last week.

My second billing cycle closed yesterday, I have still not recieved any points. Should I call up and ask what is going on or wait it out?

I would say give it 5-7 business days from now...chances are the points will post by then. If not, then call and they will manually transfer them over. Usually they post after a few days.
