American Express Membership Rewards - Ugh... Can't redeem points!

Trying to transfer point into my Delta account for a few days now, always get this:

We are unable to process your redemption at this time. For further assistance, please call Customer Service at 1-800-AXP-EARN.

Yes, I've had this happen several times to me trying to do a DL transfer. The solution is... to call 1-800-AXP-EARN! :p The transfers go through instantaneously just like via the website.

It's a bit of a pain, but just call. Less than 10 minutes on the phone. The customer service rep is just in front of a computer too...so the points transfer just as quickly.

This is one thing Amex actually seems to do quickly. Assuming I don't have to hold, I've had the transfer taken care of within 2 - 3 minutes usually.

Of course it'd be nicer if the website just worked...
