There was a recent article quoting the 10 Best Pizza Places in the US. One mentioned was Punch Neapolitan Pizza in St Paul, the other 9 are listed here: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=613035
I just had the pleasure of dining at Punch. One of the best Neapolitan pizzas I’ve had. The owner imports tomatoes and cheese from Italy. The Margharita is WONDERFUL !!!!
ST Paul / Minneapolis go to Punch !!
It is very easy to get to via public transportation even from downtown or airport hotels.
Simply take the light rail www.metrotransit.org/rail/index.asp to the 46th street station, get off and take the Route 74 bus eastbound. Get off at the Highland Parkway stop, Punch is ony 50 yards north of this stop. couldn't be easier.
