I mean I can see Air NZ website say there IS one, but I am assuming it is used under contract from another airline? My question if that is correct, is which airline.
And nothing at all in ADL?

In PER it's the Qantas Club, or if the SQ Lounge happens to be open and you point out *G benefits, you can use that.
Not sure about ADL, though.

Yup Qantas Club is available for business class, *G and koru club passengers. SQ lounge is only open around the time of their flights. IIRC if you check in for NZ early the SQ lounge may still be open, but shuts a long time before departure of NZ so you'd need to move.
According to the website there doesn't seem to be any lounge access in ADL (seems odd but then none in CNS either since they ended use of Qantas Club there). Of course if you are QF WP then you can use the Qantas Club.
