I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere, but the search function was not working (Again). I had my first statement on the BofA US Airways Visa close a week ago and the miles have not shown up in my US account. Does anybody know how long this takes?

My advice is to check to make sure your accts. are properly linked. Me and my g/f both had problems getting our miles posted after we first signed up in that Bk of America for some reason decided to ignor our DM Acct. nos. that we gave them. In both of our cases, they created new accounts for us and deposited into those. We had to call US Air who made the transfer for us with no problem and then Bank of America to properly link our accounts (Pretty poor cust. service from Bk of A in my experience so be prepared to make several calls and be on hold a while). Now with everything correct, the miles usually post the day after the statement closes.

I signed up for the USAirways Bank of America Card Visa in early summer. I have not received my bonus miles and related points. I tried calling Bank of America numerous times NOBODY had any clue what I was talking about. My statement shows me having this 12 digit US Airways frequent flyer account, which we all know does not exist. I spent several calls to Bank of America and of course, I am reading the statement wrong, etc..
Well, I have had no luck with contacting US Airways either. I am somewhat new to the program. Do they have a 1-800 number with English speakers.
My main problem now is that I need to make time to resolve this problem. I understand the frustration of the topic starter.

This has happened to me twice. What happened was that BOA put my miles into a new account. If this has happened to you, the solution is easy:
Go to the usairways.com website. Under "Dividend Miles," click on "My Dividend Miles."
At the next screen, click on "Merge Profiles/DM Accounts Request."
At the next screen, fill in the information requested, listing your real DM account number under "Account 1" and the new BOA-created account under "Account 2."
Within 2 or 3 days, your miles should be deposited in your real account.
This has worked twice for me. Hope it works for you.

Thanks guys. This has been so frustrating because I used me card a lot during the first month and with my spending and the 25,000 point bonus I should have 84,000+ miles transferred over. Every single person I speak with at B of A gives me a completely different answer. Some say the miles post the day the statement closes, some say after you PAY your bill, some 7 to 10 days. I can't gte a straghit answer. THat combined with the fact that they have been doing a system merge with MBNA probably doesn't help. I thought about the miles number even though I gave them mine when I opened the account. They confirmed last week that they have the right DM number. US Airways has no clue how any of this works and I'm not sure half the CSR's I get on the phone can even understand me. I was hoping there was an easy answer. but it doesn't seem so. I will keep checking my account and make some more calls. I need those miles to upgrade some seats and availability is almost gone.

My BoA Checkcard Miles don't get posted to my acct., until the 1st or 2nd of every month. Check you acct. on Nov. 2nd, and see if they are there.

Thanks Go3Team. It looks like your miles take about 10 days to post. My 10 days will be up on the 26th, so we will see what happens. I hope they show up then or I might lose my upgrades to Europe...

Just as a reference the World Mastercard miles post 2 days after the statement date.

I have to call again. It's been 10 days now and still nothing. I am definitely going to lose my upgrades. This is ridiculous! I am sure that the system integration with MBNA is not helping either....
