I guess thats just another reason to fly jetBlue :D

Fascinating article. The ranking matches my experience: Southwest is above the filthy average. Delta has improved.

Outside the U.S. Japan Airlines sparkles. The Japanese do seem to appreciate cleanliness.

Didn't read the article yet, but what good does that "anything below a 9 being a failure" rule do if no airline scored above a 9 anyway!? At least jetBlue "failed" with the HIGHEST/BEST results!
