Peru - Shopping for Fashionable Textiles in Peru (like Alpaca, etc)

Any recommendations for where to find fashionable textiles in Peru at better than low rates?

My husband and I will be in Lima, and also Cuzco at the beginning of January. I'd love to be able to get some quality clothing. I get these catalogs in the US showing very beautiful items. I'm figuring these businesses have to import this stuff from somewhere. The question is from where?

I used to live in Lima in the 80's and I remember tons of places in Miraflores (the nicer area of town) and el Centro (the historic downtown) where you could buy great stuff. Always bargain.
I remember there was an Indian Market on the way to the airport where they had great sweaters, blankets, silver/gold stuff and at a great price.
If you go out of town there are usually nice things and cheaper.
