Hertz - How do I check recent account activity?

Maybe it's just a case of a newbie missing something obvious, but how can I check recent account activity? On the Hertz website, I can review e-statements for June, July, August. But I don't see any way to see activity since 8/31... the 5 most recent weeks.

What I'm trrying to figure out... I had a piddly 719 points in my account. I went last week to redeem for 2 of the 250 point free days. I didn't see any way to request 2 awards, so I requested 1, then requested another. But as I was running thru the process, I realized that after requesting the first, I was now below the 500 point threshhold to request any award. It seemed to go thru, but no confirmation email, and no indication online of what had just been claimed. So I went on today to chack my balance, expecting to see 219 (if both went thru) or 469 (if just 1 did). Instead, it's showing 319. I can't think what I might have done to earn 100 points; I know I haven't rented a car since Sep 1.

In terms of points, you can't see your recent activity, but you can call Hertz & they should be able to tell you. You can look up your receipt prices by requesting a receipt & calculate where you should be at. To request a receipt, click on Customer Support.

They really need to improve their website for this kind of stuff. It make it hard to be sure you don't get cheated on your rental credits...

The 2 certs showed up in the mail yesterday, so I'm good. Don't know why I'm only down 400 points instead of 500, but not gonna worry about it.

Here's why:

Sept 5 - Dec 15: 100 bonus points for each rental

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but the above reason is incorrect I believe. Another thread mentioned that if you request the cert online, there is a 50pt discount. 2 certs x 50pts = 100pt discount, hence being down by 400pts instead of 500pts.
