Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Alamo: QuickSilver vs. Online Check-In

Ok, I am new to Alamo but am giving them a shot in MCI this week because of some bad performance by Hertz (Alamo cant be any worse). I signed up for QuickSilver but just curious if that is better than Online Check-In?
The process as I understand it with Online Check-In seems to be about the best option but if I enter my QuickSilver number (when I get it) on future reservations and do Online Check-in does that make the process even quicker?
Curious to get others thoughts and experiences with the two options.

I believe that they're redundant. I'd make sure my QuickSilver profile was accurate and skip the Online check-in.

I used on-line check-in for a luxury rental out at PBI. It was great. Came out after I got my bags...got on the Alamo Bus...picked my car...drove up to the gate, gave them my ID and credit card...boom out of there in less than 5 minutes.

That was my experience as well. I dont know what the quicksilver process is though at MCI or any other airport though since you get on the shuttle at the terminal and everything is done at the lot. I actually think with quicksilver I would have have to go inside and get my agreement etc but with online check in the guy dropped me off right by the mid-side car rental area and I just picked the car I wanted and showed the booth my credit card and license as I exited. Quicker, cheaper and friendlier than Hertz at that airport for sure. Lets see if I hit any bumps in the process over the next few weeks.
