I'm (a bit) new at MR's. Is 5100 eqm (on AA) a good deal for $308.00 (all in)?

PS: It would all be in one day...... I'm EXP

6-odd cents per mile isn't exactly considered a great deal on these boards. You should try to aim at 5 cpm or lower.
However, with your mileage bonuses as an EXP the cent-per-RDM should be somewhat lower (3 cpm?), so that may make the deal "better". Are you looking for miles in general, or for EQMs?

My desire is only eqm's.......

What's your home airport? Maybe someone can suggest something better.

Tom in Crystal City VA this morning (on a $140 SFO-DCA fare)

Not a good cpm. There are quite a few fares to Europe right now, particularly from the West Coast, in the 4-5 cpm range.

with the exp bonus, it's about 3 cents/ mi [total rdm is what many mr'ers count].... which is still not great....

but, if you need 5100 qmi [or 10200 rdm] for some reason, the run fits your sked and pocket book, go for it....

as mentioned above, more info might get you some suggestions....

I fly out of FLL or MIA. Looking a MR for early next year (late Jan / Early Feb) to begin my requalifying for EXP.

I have plenty of regular miles... that is why my most important factor is EQM's

PS: AA only
