Middle East - who is the best travel agent in Israel?

do you have the best travel agent in Israel? Creative, polite, experienced? WHO is it?

I've had reasonable experiences with ddtravel, after using them on-line for
a hotel reservation from the States. There was an issue with the upgrade
on our room in the Kings Hotel (Jerusalem) and they handled it well. However,
their business hours seemed random. ;)

Ok, so I guess that's not a "best" but a "lukewarm" recommendation. I'm
interested to hear others' experiences too.
