On 26 September 2006, the TalkBoard passed the following motion:
Moved by ozstamps and seconded by attorney28 that:
recommend that for the forthcoming Talkboard election NO votes will be valid from new members who registered onto FT after the TB outline on election procedures was announced publicly on September 9.
Voting for: attorney28, Cholula, ozstamps
Voting against: wharvey
Abstaining: gleff, missydarlin, ScottC
Did not vote: Spiff, doc
Please note: doc's vote in favor of the motion, which had been conveyed only later via email, due to an accessibility issue as a result of some apparent technical technical problem(s), could unfortunately not be counted in the official totals.
